Every year Geeta Parichay Abhiyan celebrates the birth anniversary of Lord Shri Krishna immediately after Janmashtami as Nandotsav.

In this event, programs like Devotional Drama, Dance, Kirtan, Bhajan, Food Prasad etc. are organized with grand enthusiasm. This year (2023) this program was celebrated on 10th September 2023. Some glimpses of this are being posted
 
Nandotsav 2023

With the grace of Shri Krishna, Nandotsav was completed yesterday in a very emotional atmosphere. In this, there was a dignified presence of Mr. Yadvendra Mathur Sahab and Mr. Ashok Sharma Sahab along with more than 900 Sadhaks. The main attraction of the program was the play by Narsi Bhagat in which the feelings of Narsi Bhagat were brought alive on the stage.

 

After watching the play, all the devotees had tears in their eyes and hearts filled with love for God. Everyone was overwhelmed after seeing this speechless and shocking dance drama. This program was made live due to which more number of Sadhaks, i.e. about 1200 Sadhaks, watched it live in India and abroad. From the response received from the devotees, it seems that the drama made even the devotees who watched it live cry.

 

The credit for making it live goes to both the young children Mr. Shubham Gupta and Mr. Vivek Yadav. With all their hard work they made the 3:30 hour program live on YouTube, thanks to both of them for taking photographs! Its YouTube link is also being given to you below.


Nandotsav Event Live Stream



The program started with kirtan. Then Ganesh Vandana was presented by little girl Anehi. Aarti of the Lord was performed on the stage by all the Acharyas. After this, Kathak dance performance was done by girl Tanisha. The audience was mesmerized by the way the keynote speaker Mr. Ashok Sharma Sahab, who has been in the company of highly revered Swamiji, brought Swamiji’s words alive on the stage.

There were so many emotions in his heart, as if all the emotions were competing with each other to see which one would emerge first. The hearts of all the devotees were moved by his emotional speech. It seemed as if the mind and intellect became pure after being in the company of Swamiji’s words.

The book Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta Jeevan Sangeet, which serves as a course book in the weekly classes run under the Geeta Parichay Abhiyan, was released. Information about various programs to be organized under Geeta Parichay Abhiyan was given by Shri Mahavir Bansal ji.

A very beautiful and emotional dance was presented by the women devotees and women Acharyas of Geeta Parichay Abhiyan on the occasion of Shri Krishna’s birth anniversary. Congratulations for Nandotsav were sung by Saint Shri Pawan Ji Maharaj who had come from Vrindavan, in which the devotees danced and enjoyed a lot. Kanhaiya’s mother and grandmother were present on the stage during the congratulatory dance, carrying little Kanhaiya, the grandson of Shri Ram Gopal Singhal Saheb, who became a grandfather a few weeks ago.

The organizers of Geeta seminars held at various places in the last one year were honoured. The Sadhaks who scored maximum marks in the examinations taken under Geeta Parichay Abhiyan were also honoured. The devotees who were actively engaged in promoting Gita were also honoured.

After this everyone enjoyed the festive prashadi. The team of Shri Rajesh Aggarwal, Shri Santosh ji Goyal, Shri Bhagwan Das ji Gupta, Yogesh Gupta, Dinesh Mantri ji etc. worked very hard for two-three days so that the seekers could get pure Prasad on Ekadashi. The have tested and purchased each and every thing with their own hands. No work has been given on contract. Used desi cow ghee and many more.

During the entire program, Shri Santosh Goyal Saheb did not even come to the auditorium even once to watch the program. Salutations to all these Sadhaks and all the other sadhaks associated with them on behalf of Geeta Parichay Abhiyan! The work of stage decoration and other event management was done by Shri Ayush ji, son of Shrimukut Bihari ji, many thanks to him too! Thank you very much to all of you for coming in such large numbers!

Let us all keep promoting Bhagwat Gita, the voice of Lord Shri Krishna. With this wish, keep taking shelter of the most revered Seth Ji, Bhai Ji and Swami Ji Maharaj and keep propagating this as much as possible.
